Leadership Training

Life as a trainer. My Work at LBSNAA and other institutions.

I joined the premier Civil Servants training Institute in India, The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie as a proud government servant in 2012.

At LBSNAA I primarily designed and taught the Management Module for Civil Service Officers.

Embracing Leadership Development: My Personal and Professional Growth

I've not only created a pool of leadership development trainers, but also became one. I was a frequent facilitator, trainer and coach on Leadership Development modules. Thus, my introduction to the beautiful domain of soft skills training and leadership development has happened.

I now appreciate the importance of the softer aspects of an organization. Lately, I’ve restricted this type of work to only invitations from India’s premier public administration training institutes – Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), Hyderabad. I love spending time with such trainer communities within Government setups.

Bridging the Gap: Applying Finance and Strategy to Leadership Management

It was a radical shift from teaching core academics at various educational institutes to imparting management and leadership skills to civil servants - both who were just starting their careers and to those who had many years of experience under their belts.

I have always been interested in an interdisciplinary approach to knowledge.

I strive to use my knowledge of Finance and Strategy in relation with Leadership Management in order to affect wholesome changes in society at the practical level.
