With deep gratitude and quiet pride, I step into my role as Vice Chancellor of RV University, Bengaluru. This transition is not just professional, it’s personal. It marks a return to my home, a renewed commitment to inclusive education, and a chance to build something enduring.

From the corridors of IIM Kozhikode and IIM Raipur to the vibrant ecosystem of RVU, I carry forward lessons in leadership, resilience, and grace. I remain committed to nurturing institutions that empower minds and elevate values.
